We are three in our team Madu and Lungelo who are the brain behind BIX and the founders of the business, to describe them I would say they do a great job working independently, and by them tackling task that way we know that work will be completed in a timely manner and Sinothando our administrator who always makes sure paperwork is done properly.
When it comes to disciplined, we are extremely disciplined and always see task through to completion we always do an outstanding job looking for the most, a trait that benefits the entire team we are extremely resourceful and do a great identifying solution to problems, as a team we can always count on each other because the quality of each of us work is so consistent. We are proactive and take the steps to prepare for newly hired employees before their start date.
